Valentine Matchbook Candy Holder

Hi everyone. Here is a picture of the Valentine that I made for my son to take to daycare. I got the idea of the matchbook from kyteecher on You Tube.

The pink cardstock is cut at 8-1/2" X 4" and scored at 3", 3-1/2", and 7". The corner punch is the Fiskar Hearts punch and I took a piece of black cardstock cut at 1" X 4" and glued to the flap. The frog is cut from the Create A Critter cricut cartridge at 3" with the shadow feature and all of the accessories. I added googly eyes for an added effect. Staple the flap approx. 1/4" from the bottom and cover the staple with ribbon, then you can adhere a bag of M&M's inside and you're all set!

I love this idea. I have already done my treats for this year, but I will have to remember the matchbook idea for future use. I'm going to start following you.
